O 资深室内设计师-商业 Senior Interior Designer- Commercial （薪资20000-25000）
1. 建筑和室内设计专业本科或以上学历
2. 七年以上室内商业项目设计和现场施工配合工作经验
3. 有团队合作能力。连同设计经理或设计总监审核团队中设计师/初级设计师/实习生工作
4. 具有良好的双语（英语-中文）沟通能力
5. 具有良好的方案设计能力以及施工图制作能力
6. 熟练操作设计软件 (Archicad and/or Autocad, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator or other graphic design programs Flash…)
7.熟知国内的室内装修规范及要求
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture and interior design;
2. A minimum of 7 years design and site serivce experience in commercial design;
3. Strong team-work ability. Review work off and assist Designers / Junior / Intern members of design team in conjunction with Manager / Director;
4. Good English and Chinese communication ability;
5. Good at Schematic Design and Construction Documents Production;
6. Be proficient in using design software:
Archicad and/or Autocad, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator or other graphic design programs Flash, Dreamweaver or other web design programs;
7. Understanding of local building regulations and practices.
O 商务经理 BD Manager （薪资15000-25000）
任职资格：
1. 相关专业本科及以上学历，拥有至少5年国际一流建筑事务所工作经验，3年以上相关商务或市场工作经验；
2. 掌握建筑、室内及规划设计项目的专业知识，熟悉设计流程及运作流程；
3. 极佳的协调沟通能力，能够把握事务所立场合理有效的和业主及其他合作方沟通，具备一定的客户资源优先；
4. 具备团队合作精神，能够统筹协作并激励团队成员高质高效地完成项目要求；
5. 具备较强的合同管理能力，能够有效地进行合同谈判、编写、签订等工作，可以控制合同进度及执行，确保对合同风险的把控；
6. 能够在高速的工作环境中，同时兼顾完成多项任务。
7. 积极乐观，可以承受工作压力，适应出差节奏。
8. 出色的中英双语沟通能力（口语及书写）；
9. 精通常用的编辑、排版软件，如：Adobe套件，Office套件等。
10. 具备优秀的文字撰写能力，可独立撰写、编辑、翻译、发布公司项目及活动内容；
11.了解行业发展趋势，熟悉国内外建筑行业相关媒体，具备一定的媒体、出版相关资源者优先；
12. 熟悉公司网站与其他宣传平台的运营维护，可协助各类宣传工作及公司活动，具备相关出版及奖项申报经验；
13. 能够在高速的工作环境中，同时兼顾完成多项任务。
Experience & Qualifications:
• Professional degree and at least 5 years in a leading, international architecture firm, including 3 years on business, sales or marketing.
• Knowledge of architectural design, interior design and masterplan; familiar with design process and operational process.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; with an ability to accelerate the communication and efficiency between clients, collaborators, consultants, and partners. Customer resources are preferred.
• A good team player which has a strong capacity to develop and coordinate strategies to ensure the team reaches the goals and high-quality levels of production required to meet project milestones.
• Strong contract management ability, can effectively carry out contract negotiation, writing, signing, etc., can control the progress and execution of the contract, and ensure the risk control.
• Highly organized and efficient, able to multi-task through tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive energy, can withstand the pressure of work, adapt to the rhythm of business trips.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Highly skilled in common edit and layout software: Adobe suits and Office suits, etc.
• Excellent writing skills, independent writing, editing, translation, and publishing of company projects and activities.
• Understand the development trend of the industry, familiar with the relevant media in architecture. Media and publishing related resources are preferred.
• Familiar with the operation and maintenance of the company’s website and other publicity platforms, can assist with various publicity work and company activities, and have relevant publishing and award reporting experience.
O 室内设计实习生 Interior Design Intern
任职资格
1. 室内设计等相关专业在读本科或以上学历，热爱设计；
2. 能熟练使用AutoCAD、Photoshop、Sketch-up等相关工作软件；
3. 工作认真负责，富有创造力和独立思考能力；
4. 具有良好的沟通能力，团队协作精神；
5. 实习期不少于2个月，每周一至周五至少工作3天。
O 工业设计实习生 Industrial Design Intern
任职资格
1. 应用工业设计等相关专业在读本科或以上学历，热爱设计；
2. 能熟练使用AutoCAD、Photoshop、solidworks、犀牛、keyshot、AI等相关工作软件；
3. 工作认真负责，富有创造力和独立思考能力；
4. 具有良好的沟通能力，团队协作精神；
5. 实习期不少于2个月，每周一至周五至少工作3天。
