职位及能力要求：
Position and ability requirements:
O 设计项目经理/资深景观设计师 Project Manager/Senior Landscape Designe
– 5-8年资深景观设计师或设计项目经理经验；景观建筑或相关专业本科，景观建筑硕士优先；
– 从概念设计到施工阶段独立处理和管理景观项目。与项目总监和年轻设计师紧密合作，以管理和确保景观项目的顺利及时交付；
– 帮助每个阶段审查并确保设计标准和项目可交付成果达到公司的质量标准；
– 制定工作计划并在项目团队中指导年轻设计师；
– 出色的人际交往能力以及与客户和团队成员进行协调和沟通的能力；
– 较强的团队合作能力及财务和预算管理能力；
– 出色的设计，审美和平面设计技能；
– 负责，勤奋和有上进心；
– 在中国有商办综合体、商业、住宅、酒店项目的工作经验；
– 良好的英文和普通话写作和口语表达能力优先考虑；
– 有海外工作经验或有海外公司工作经验者优先；
– 5-8 years relevant post-professional qualification experience；Bachelor or Master in Landscape Design/ Landscape Architecture;
– Handle and manage landscape projects independently from concept design to construction stage;Work closely with Project Director and Young Designers to manage and ensure the smooth and timely delivery of landscape projects;
– Help review and ensure design standards and project deliverables are met with satisfactory quality standards at every stage;
– Take design initiatives and mentor young designers in the project team；
– Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate and communicate with clients and team members;
– Strong team work ability & financial and budget management skills；
– Excellent design, visualization, and graphic skills;
– Experience working in Mixed-use, commercial, residential, Hospitality projects in China；
– Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin would be and advantage;
– Overseas exposure/or Oversea company work experience would be an advantage；
O 主创设计师 Chief Landscape Architect
– 具有8年及以上知名景观设计公司工作经验；
– 具有优秀的设计能力及项目把控能力，组织团队完成工作，推动项目进程；
– 熟悉项目概念设计到施工完成所有阶段的工作内容；
– 能够独立担当项目对接、汇报与甲方沟通等工作；
– 有已建成知名项目的主持设计经验者优先；
– 8 years or above working experience in a well-known landscape design company;
– Have excellent design and project control abilities, and able to organize the team to complete the work, and push project progress;
– Familiar with the work contents of all stages from conceptual design to construction completion;
– Able to independently take charge of project liaison and reporting, and communicating with Party A;
– Experience in presiding over well-known projects is preferred;
O 景观设计师 Landscape Architect
– 具有2-5年的工作经验，具有较强的表现能力；
– 了解如何用模型、效果图等工具表达设计亮点；能够通过文本排布抓住方案重点，表现设计思路；
– 熟练掌握制图建模软件；能够熟练使用参数化建模软件者优先；
– 能够高效协作团队完成项目基本创意及方案落实工作。
– 2-5 years working experience and strong performance capability;
– Understand how to use models, renderings and other tools to express design highlights; Able to grasp the key points of conceptual design through text layout and express the design ideas;
– Proficient in graphics modeling software; Expertise withr parametric modeling software is preferred;
– Able to efficiently cooperate with the team to complete the basic project ideas and program implementation.
O 施工图设计师 Construction Drawing Designer
– 2年以上工作经验，有方案深化能力及现场经验者优先；
– 精通制图软件，熟悉设计常用软件并掌握施工图绘制规范和要求；
– 善于沟通表达，具有良好的理解和设计能力，有较强的团队合作精神和责任心；
– 具备独立处理和解决问题的能力，能够有计划的协助整体工作进度；
– 熟悉设计标准和各项要求，了解国家相关规范；
– 有已建成项目经验者优先。
– More than 2 years working experience, ability of conceptual design development and site experience is preferred;
– Proficient in drawing software and other common design software, and familiarize with construction drawing specifications and requirements;
– Good at communication and expression, good understanding and design ability, strong team spirit and sense of responsibility;
– Ability to handle and solve problems independently, able to assist the overall work schedule in a planned way;
– Familiar with design standards and requirements, understand the relevant national specifications;
– Experience in completed projects is preferred.
O 景观设计助理 Landscape Design Assistant
– 具有1-2年的工作经验，应届生亦可；
– 对设计抱有极大的热情，善于独立思考，学习能力强；
– 熟练掌握制图建模软件；能够使用参数化建模软件者优先；
– 具有团队协作精神，能够配合团队完成工作；
– Have 1-2 years working experience, fresh graduate is also acceptable;
– Have great enthusiasm for design, good at independent thinking, and strong learning ability;
– Proficient in graphics modeling software; Ability to use parametric modeling software is preferred;
– Have the team spirit, and able to cooperate with the team to complete work;
