O 高级室内设计师 Senior Interior Designer
任职资格：
• 室内设计或建筑或设计相关专业。
• 8年以上零售商场设计、商业或酒店相关工作经验。
• 能在压力下很好地工作，并能在规定时间内完成工作。
• 能够运用较短时间创造一个概念。
• 有室内设计项目中概念、方案和/或深化阶段的工作经验。
• 作为设计团队的项目负责人，监督和管理设计项目的开发。
• 与设计总监和设计团队紧密合作，确保项目的进行、交付、质量和生产力。
• 与客户和合作伙伴建立紧密的伙伴关系。
• 积极参加项目会议和客户演示。
• 质量控制，审核设计文档，安排项目团队交付成果。
• 优秀的沟通和表达能力。
• 有沟通和团队管理经验。
• 熟练使用AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Photoshop, InDesign Grasshopper优先。
• 熟练的中英文口头及书面表达能力。
Requirements and Qualification:
• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture or Design related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in, retail mall design commercial and/or hospitality;
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadline;
• Ability to create a concept from a brief;
• Experience working on Concept, Schematic and/or Detailed stage in Interior Design projects;
• Oversee and manage the development of design projects as project leader of the design team;
• Work closely with Design Director, and Design Team to ensure project development, deliveries, quality, and productivity for projects;
• Foster close partnerships with clients and partners;
• Actively participate in project meetings and clients presentations;
• Quality control, review design documentation and schedule project team deliverables;
• Excellent articulation, communication and presentation abilities;
• Experience in communication and team management;
• Capable of coordinating with other design consultants;
• Self-motivated and proactive;
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Photoshop and InDesign Grasshopper is a plus;
• Strong verbal and written language skills in both Mandarin and English.
O 中级室内设计师 Mid Interior Designer
任职资格：
• 室内设计或建筑或设计相关专业。
• 4年以上零售、办公、商场或酒店方面的工作经验。
• 能在压力下很好地工作，并能在规定时间内完成工作。
• 能够运用较短时间创造一个概念。
• 有室内设计项目中概念、方案和/或深化阶段的工作经验。
• 与设计总监和设计团队紧密合作，确保项目的设计、交付、质量和生产力。
• 优秀的沟通和表达能力。
• 能够与其他设计顾问协调。
• 有上进心和积极主动。
• 熟练使用AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Photoshop, InDesign Grasshopper优先。
• 良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力。

O 项目建筑师 Project Architect
任职资格：
1. 国内外建筑学或相关专业本科以上教育背景，3-8年相关工作经验。
2. 熟悉酒店，商业，办公建筑技术和相关规范。
3. 有高度的责任心，能积极与团队沟通。
4. 能在一定的压力下工作，具备情绪管理能力。
5. 具备客户引导和管理的能力，以及风险管理的能力。
6. 精通AutoCAD、SU、PS、office 、ID等工作软件，掌握Rhino、AI、Revit等软件者优先。
7. 有良好的中英文读写能力优先。
Requirements and Qualification:
1. With Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related field, working experience of 3-8years.
2. Be familiar with technology and major specifications of hotel, business and office building technology.
3. With high sense of responsibility, actively communicate with team.
4. Able to work under certain pressure, with the ability to manage emotions.
5. With ability of customer guidance and management, and project risk management.
6. Proficient in AutoCAD, SU, PS, office, ID and other working software, knowledge of Rhino, AI, Revit and other software is preferred.
7. Good English and Chinese reading and writing skills are preferred.
