O Project Leader 建筑项目负责人（工作地点：深圳）
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture at home or abroad.
2. More than 2 years of working experience in large design institutes and excellent architectural design firms at home or abroad.
3. Have experience in post-project planning or construction drawing and be interested in deepening and expanding the preliminary design of the plan and hope to develop in this direction.
4. Proactive in work, with good professional spirit and sense of responsibility.
5. Proficient in AutoCAD/SU/Office/Adobe/Revit design work related to software.
任职资格：
1、国内外建筑学本科或以上学历；
2、2年以上大型设计院、国内外优秀建筑设计事务所的工作经验；
3、有方案后期经验或施工图经验同时对方案深化、扩初设计比较感兴趣，并希望以此发展方向；
4、工作积极主动，有良好的职业精神和责任心；
5、熟练使用AutoCAD/SU/Office/Adobe/Revit等相关的设计工作软件。
O Technical Draftsman 技术绘图员 （工作地点：深圳）
Requirements:
1. College degree or above in architecture at home or abroad.
2. More than 2 years working experience in construction drawing projects or whole-process projects of large design institutes, experience in construction drawing of large commercial projects is preferred.
3. Proactive in work, with good professional skills and sense of responsibility.
4. Proficient in the design software such as AutoCAD/SU/Office.
任职资格：
1、国内外建筑学专科或以上学历；
2、2年以上大型设计院的施工图项目或全过程项目工作经验，有大型商业项目施工图绘图经验优先；

O Senior Interior designer 高级室内设计师 （工作地点：深圳）
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree in Interior Design, Environment Art or other relevant majors, experience in commercial projects including commercial complex, office and renovation projects is preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of interior design and decoration, with high aesthetic standards,
3. good professional quality and team work spirit, strong language skills, able to communicate in English
4. Excellent comprehensive ability and execution ability, tracking design progress, controlling design quality, leading the team to complete the whole process of project design.
5. Working experience in overseas design company or well-known design company is preferred.
任职资格：
1、室内设计、环艺及相关专业，本科及以上学历，有商业综合体、办公和改造项目工作经验者优先；

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in landscape design or related major, have 3-5 years related working experience.
2. Proficient in professional software: Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, AI, Lumion etc.
3. Creative and able to propose concepts to Lead Designer.
4. Experience in the design of concepts, projects, or construction drawings.
5. Responsible for the liaison and communications with clients, design consultants and design institutes.
6. Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Good design ability and detail mind.
任职资格:
1. 具有3-5年左右全职工作经验，国内外景观设计及相关专业本科以上学历；

O Graphic Designer 平面设计师 (工作地点：深圳）
Requirements:
1. Degree or Diploma in Graphics Design / Web Design / Multimedia Design or equivalent;
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in graphics design and web development (experience in architectural & interior fields is an advantage);
3. Solid knowledge and skills in Mac Operation; Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, etc.;
4. Knowledge in web design techniques including HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver etc.;
5. Familiar with multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, XD and Aftereffect;
6. Strong graphic sense and visualization ability;
7. Sensitive to trends in internet development, web design and graphics design;
8. Responsible, self-motivated and possess good time management skills to meet tight deadlines & be good team player;

Requirements:
1. Creative and passionate in architecture design, excellent learning ability and strong team spirit;
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture or related major, have more than 5 years working experience in large architectural design practices;
3. Excellent communication skill and strong in leadership. Responsible for the presentation and negotiation with clients, management of architectural design at all stages, including project early design stage to design review stage;
4. Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, PowerPoint, InDesign and other professional software;
5. Fluent in English, have studied or working experiences in oversea is an advantage.
任职资格:
