Founded in Switzerland and active in both China and Europe, Lemanarc SA is an international architecture design office with operating branches in Lausanne,Zurich and Shanghai.
Lemanarc takes design creativity as its core competitiveness, focuses on project schematic design,mainly for public building projects, which contains many health-related institution designs (our goal is: design the hospital not like a hospital) .

O Project Architect 项目建筑师
任职要求：
1. 5年以上工作经验，正规院校建筑学专业硕士毕业;
2. 热爱建筑设计，有不断学习和研究的能力；
3. 较强的方案设计及表达能力;
4. 熟悉设计全流程，可带领设计小组推进项目的设计工作;
5. 能熟练操作方案设计所需二维及三维各类软件;
6. 良好的沟通与团队协同工作能力；
7. 高度的责任心与敬业精神；
8. 英语6级以上或同等水平，第二外语德语或法语者优先。
主要工作内容：
1. 建筑设计和制作；
2. 项目管理，项目协调等；
3. 会议及汇报。
Desired background and skillset ：
1. More than 5 years working experience , Master’s Degree in Architecture from serious Universities；
2. Love architecture design and have the ability to continuously study and research;
3. Conceptual design and presentation abilities ；
4. Familiar with the design process ，with the ability to lead the design team to promote the project design work ;
5. Proficient with most of Design tools including 2D and 3D ；
6. Good communication and teamwork ability;
7. High sense of responsibility and professionalism;
8. Fluent English requested in speaking and writing;

O Architect Designer 建筑设计师
任职要求：

O Graphic designer平面设计师
任职要求：
1．专科及以上学历，美术、平面设计、艺术设计、视觉传达设计、多媒体专业，同时具备优秀的视觉传达表现能力；
2．1年以上工作经验，有建筑/房地产类企业从业经验者优先；
3．熟练使用 Photoshop、AI,Coreldraw等基本平面和视频剪辑软件；
4．具有扎实的设计基础知识和优秀的学习能力；
5．具备良好的抗压能力；
6．具备良好的沟通、协调能力，高度责任心，思路清晰，有良好的团队合作意识与组织协调能力。
工作内容：
1．负责平面设计工作，包括文本模版制作、排版，ppt汇报文件设计等，积极创新，有设计感；
2．负责填色、分析图设计等建筑设计方案项目相关内容；
3．协助设计主管进行平面、多媒体动画制作类的相关标准制定以及流程的制定及创新工作
4. 完成上级领导安排的临时性设计工作安排。
Desired background and skillset ：
1. College degree or above, major in arts, graphic design, artistic design, visual communication design, multimedia, with excellent visual communication performance ability;
2. More than 1 year working experience, working experience in architeture/real estate industry is preferred;
3. Proficient in Photoshop, AI, Coreldraw and other basic plane and video editing software;
4. Have solid basic knowledge of design and excellent learning ability;
5. Good pressure resistance;
6. Good communication and coordination skills, high sense of responsibility, clear thinking, good sense of teamwork and coordination ability.
Job description：
1. Graphic design, including booklet template making, typesetting, PPT report document design, etc. Active innovation and design sense are required;
2. The relevant content of architectural design scheme projects such as color filling and analysis diagram design;
3. Assisted the design director in the formulation of relevant standards for graphic and multimedia animation production, as well as the formulation and innovation of the process
4. Completed the temporary design work arranged by the superior leader.
O Intern 设计实习生
任职要求：
1. 建筑学、艺术设计、视觉传达专业在校生（大四以上）或应届毕业生；
2. 实习期不少于6个月；
3. 热爱建筑设计，有不断学习和研究的能力；
4. 能熟练操作方案设计所需二维及三维各类软件;
5. 良好的沟通与团队协同工作能力；
6. 英语6级以上或同等水平。
Desired background and skillset ：
1.Undergraduate (the fourth year or above) or fresh graduate major in architecture or fresh graduate major in architecture, art design, visual communication;;
2.Minimum 6-month internship;
3.Love architecture design and have the ability to continuously study and research;
4.Familiar with most of Design tools including 2D and 3D ；
5.Good communication and teamwork ability;
6.Fluent English requested in speaking and writing;
